Android
There are two ways to set up eduroam: manual setup and setup via app. Please use only one of the two methods. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Setup via App
Please ensure that no previous eduroam settings are stored on your device. If necessary, remove eduroam from the saved networks using the forget option.
Note: The setup via the geteduroam app must be repeated after every password change.- Using an existing internet connection (mobile data or your own Wi-Fi at home), you can download and install the "geteduroam" app from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app and search for TUHH using the term "Hamburg University of Technology".
- Enter your TUHH username in the app and confirm the connection to eduroam.
- After the connection is set up, you should not uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app will also delete the eduroam profile, and you will lose internet access.
