Apple iOS/ iPadOS
Please read the instructions to the end! Skipping individual steps can lead to the setup of eduroam failing.
If you have installed old eduroam configuration profiles, delete them before following the steps in the instructions. Profiles can be edited via Settings → General → VPN and Device Management. Select the relevant profile and click "Remove Profile".
There are two ways to set up eduroam for iOS and iPadOS.
Please only use one option. The first option involves using a profile: Downloading and activating it by entering your TUHH access data. The second option involves installing an app.
Manual Setup

- Open Settings and go to General → VPN & Device Management, select the downloaded eduroam profile, and tap Install.
- Confirm the warning and popup by tapping Install again. Then enter your TUHH username and the corresponding password.
- You can now connect to eduroam.
Setup via App
- Using an existing internet connection (mobile data or your own Wi-Fi at home), download the "geteduroam" app from the App Store.
- Search for Hamburg and select Hamburg University of Technology.
- Enter your TUHH credentials. Then click on connect to network.
- Eduroam is now successfully set up.
