Please make sure that your device has the latest patches installed, that you are not using more than one anti-virus program and that no "unblocker" is active.
(Unblocker are programs which can unlock content, that is blocked in one country, but not another.)

On October 8 and 9, Wi-Fi support will be offered on the ground floor of the library:
- Wednesday, October 8: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 9: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
In the following weeks, Wi-Fi support will take place again as usual in Room E2.048.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
