PaperCut User Interface
With the link https://stau.rz.tuhh.de/user you get to the user interface of PaperCut, the printing system of the TUHH. There you login with your TUHH account and your password.
Important: If you want to use the web page to approve prints, still go to the printer first and approve them on the spot. There are no separator pages or the like to identify your print jobs.
Under the item Transfers you can transfer your print quota to other users. For that, enter an amount and a username (e.g. cxx0000). The transfer of the credit happens in real time.
One advantage of transferring money is that you can recharge your account with the help of your fellow students outside of USC or printing center hours.
You can upload print jobs from the TUHH network via PaperCut as PDF under Web Print or send them to PaperCut via the print server (all file types). You can find more information here:
Change the PIN
When using the system for the first time, enter a PIN of at least four digits under Change Details. You can change this at any time even without your old PIN. You need the PIN to release your print jobs at the printer.
All changes to the printing quota are displayed under Transaction history. For this purpose, the change and the new quota are displayed. You can see further information concerning you debits by moving your mouse over the green characters Druckernutzung. Details of the printer, print quantity and type of print are shown.
Your printing quota was transferred from Studidruck to PaperCut. Please release your print jobs personally in front of the printer (FollowMe Print).
