Poolprojekt:

Es sollen Verfahren und Gerätschaften zur Nahfeldmikroskopie von biologischen Materialien in mikrofluidischen Anwendungen untersucht werden. Dafür sind geeignete Nahfeldsensoren sowie deren Ankopplung an Mikrofluidik-Kanäle zu konzipieren, zu entwickeln und schließlich an biologischen Materialien zu erproben.
