Context & Relevance

Germany’s demand for skilled professionals continues to grow, with Indian students forming a significant share of international talent. Those pursuing their education in Germany have a distinct advantage, as they gain academic, cultural, and professional exposure that enhances their employability. The DAAD-funded FIT (Promotion of International Talents for Integration into Studies and the Labour Market) initiative at RWTH Aachen, University of Hamburg, and TU Hamburg plays a key role in supporting students from admission through studying to career entry, helping them integrate into the workforce more effectively.
