Department 1: University Strategy
The University Strategy Department supports the University Board in the strategic orientation and development of Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). It is responsible for drawing up the structure and development plan, preparing target and performance agreements and working on projects of strategic, university-wide importance. This also includes appointment planning and management. It coordinates horizontal networking between the university departments and is responsible for reporting of the University Board.
The tasks also include the development and support of strategic cooperation and partnerships with the aim of connecting TUHH in science, business, politics and society. The Relationship Management plays a central role in this, strengthening the TU community, maintaining contacts with alumni, friends and sponsors, supporting the foundation's activities and organizing central events.
