Buy printing quota

The printing quota can be increased in the User Service Center (USC) or the printing center in building L during the opening hours. The deposit takes place by EC card EC-Kartenlogo and PIN or by money card. The minimum amount for a deposit was set to 3 euro.

Depositing of cash is possible only for well justified exceptions. Customer deposits will be transferred into the next semester. The payout of acquired printing quota is possible only in well justified exceptions.

Refund prints

If your prints are faulty or have not been printed, you can have the quota refunded. To do this, you must contact an employee or write an email to drucken@tuhh.de.

Please note that a print can only be refunded if it has been released directly at the printer. If you have not released your print (Release print jobs) directly at the printer, it may not be refundable.


Questions/Support

Your printing quota was transferred from Studidruck to PaperCut. Please release your print jobs personally in front of the printer (FollowMe Print).

From 25.03.2024 to 03.04.2024 there will be temporarily no Wifi Consulting. New dates will be announced in good time on our website.

In the non-lecture period, the WLAN consultation will take place with Finn Müller and Phillip Vogel in E2.047/E2.048. You can find the dates here, as well as in the corridors in the E building.
