PaperCut is the new printmanagement system at the TUHH... [expand for more info]

PaperCut creates a new, modern and simple user interface and helps to print more ecofriendly. There will be no more green cover sheets and a new release system is introduced to personally produce everyones printouts.

The printing quotas from the previous semesters are transferred. The extra quota for print failures are discontinued. Students continue to have their personal print quota, employees use their institute print quota.

As usual, print jobs can also be sent from the PC-Pools, from managed workstations and from anywhere while connected via eduroam or VPN. The following pages provide detailed instructions on how to send print jobs and how to set up the printer on your own device.

To get a printout do the following steps:

Send your print job to the TUHH print server
Go to a printer of your choice and release the job there

All RZ TUHH printers merely serve research and teaching purposes and are subject to a fee.

Scanning

The computer center provides multifunctional devices (List of Printers) which can be used for scanning, among other things.

Copying

The computer center provides multifunctional devices (List of Printers) which can be used for copying, among other things. Billing takes place via the print account at the prices for b/w and color printing (Prices and Printing Quota).

Laminating

For study purposes for research and teaching, you are welcome to visit the printing centre (building L) and to contact us.

Questions/Support

Your printing quota was transferred from Studidruck to PaperCut. Please release your print jobs personally in front of the printer (FollowMe Print).

During the semester, the WLAN consultation will take place in E2.048 with Finn Müller and Phillip Vogel. You can find the dates here, as well as in the corridors in the E building.
