The TUHH holds courses in German as a Foreign Language during the semester for all students and members of faculty.
Pre- and intensive courses for international first-year students at the beginning of the winter semester (in cooperation with IBH).
This course is designed for international and German students and invites them to explore cultural aspects at the intersections of technology, natural sciences and humanities.
Weekly German language cafés, run and supervised by native speakers on a voluntary basis. In addition to enhancing language skills, the project provides a platform for intercultural learning and exchange beyond the curriculum.
Two people with different native languages meet to help each other learn the other language.
The one-hour workshops are designed for international students with B2-level German or higher and offer an opportunity to practice the language while gaining practical insights into German culture.
