Registration process of Non-technical Courses (NTA)

Here you will find all the important information about registration and place allocation in the NTA module and about the supplementary course offerings (“Lehrtableau”) of the Center for Gender & Diversity.

Do you have any questions? Take a look at our FAQ at the end.

A note for first-semester students (Bachelor's): Your study plan requires you to take NTA courses throughout your studies (e.g., one course each in the second, third, and fourth semesters). You can already take an NTA course in the first semester. Or you can take advantage of the opportunity to start with an NTA course in the second semester to get your bearings at the TUHH first.

Registration

From the start of the registration process, you can use the links on the right to go directly to the Wegweiser-Veranstaltungen in Stud.IP.

💡 Tip:
Don't just choose your favorite course, but compile a sufficiently long priority list.
This is because if, for example, 600 other students choose the same course, it may be difficult to get a place in the draw.
By selecting several priorities, you increase your chances of getting a place in a suitable course – right from the first stage of the process.

Registration time line

The registration process for NTA events is handled via Stud.IP. You can access the Stud.IP platform using your TUHH ID.

Please refer to the flow chart for the timeline of the registration process.
