What is our mentoring program about?

We want to accompany talented international young professionals on their way through their studies and into their first job. At the same time, we at the TUHH Career Center want to gain an even better understanding of the specific challenges that international students and companies face.

- How can we support our students even better so that they can gain a foothold in the German job market as easily as possible?
- What offers can we also make to companies to support them in the integration of international young professionals?

For students:

You already have your job start firmly in sight. We at the Career Center would like to accompany you on the way there. Which career suits you and your personality? What stumbling blocks need to be overcome? How can you successfully start your career in a German company? Over the course of a weekend, we will take plenty of time to work through the key questions with regard to shaping your future. Based on the results, we will support you in the remaining time at the TUHH with coaching, training and mentoring sessions through the exam preparation phase, application phase and job entry. The events are held in German.

We want to further expand our network for our international talents and attract people who can

• Pass on some of their own experience
•  Find a suitable candidate for their own company
•  Expand their own network
•  Exchange across cultures and generations
