Busy hallways, exciting conversations, and numerous career opportunities: The Career Forum 2025 organized by the TUHH Career Center was a full success. Across all four floors of the main building A, over 800 students took the opportunity to network with more than 20 well-known companies as well as university-affiliated institutions. Even before the event, more than 650 students had registered in order to prepare specifically for the fair. In addition to direct contacts with company representatives, the Career Forum also offered access to exclusive job interviews, current job postings, and exciting career opportunities — ideally tailored to students in technical fields.
The fair was complemented by presentations from internal university actors such as ECIU University, the Northern Institute of Technology Management (NiT), the Startup Port, and the International Affairs department. The Hamburg Welcome Center was also present.
Application Checks and Personal Consultations
A special highlight was the accompanying program: In around 70 individual application checks, documents were optimized, and over 150 professional applicant photos were taken. “The Career Forum gave visitors the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into companies through personal conversations alongside the hustle and bustle at the exhibition stands. The focus on technically oriented employers is a unique feature of the TUHH Career Forum,” said Inken Revenstorff, Advisor in the FitING in Germany project of the Career Center.
