IBI @IWMPI 2023

We had several talks and posters at this year's International Workshop on Magnetic Particle Imaging in Aachen.

It was a successful conference, where we presented multiple topics:

  • Exploiting the Fourier Neural Operator for faster magnetization model evaluations based on the Fokker-Planck equation (Tobias Knopp)
  • A Deep Learning Approach for Automatic Image Reconstruction in MPI (Paul Jürß)
  • MPI Signal Performance of Resotran (Konrad Scheffler)
  • Using Negative Bolus in Dynamic MPI (Fabian Mohn)
  • Flexible Selection Field Generation using Iron Core Coil Arrays (Fynn Förger)
  • Hands-free Reconstruction for MPI (Konrad Scheffler)
  • Safe and Rapid 3D Imaging: Upgrade of a Human-Sized Brain MPI System (Florian Thieben)
  • MPI Transfer-Function Estimation with Receive-Coil Coupling (Marija Boberg)
  • MPIMeasurements.jl: An Extensible Julia Framework for Composable Magnetic Particle Imaging Devices (Niklas Hackelberg)
  • The pitfalls of receive path calibration (Florian Thieben)
  • Sparsifying system matrices by combined usage of compressed sensing and extrapolation (Konrad Scheffler)
  • Limitations of current MPI models in the context of magnetoelastic materials (Martin Möddel)
