DISEGO project: Critical components for distributed and secure network operation
In october 2023 the DISEGO project consortium met at the Institute of Electrical Power and Energy Technology (ieet) at the TUHH to discuss an important milestone, the start of the laboratory tests. The lab tests are part of a multi-stage testing concept in the practical project. During the meeting, Christoph Klie gave a tour of the lab facilities and showed the lab setup of DISEGO at ieet.
In DISEGO, work is being done on new control concepts in low voltage distribution grids in the context of the energy transition. This important project is funded by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz. The ieet is contributing in particular by preparing the grid state estimation, implemented by Florian Strobel.
The cooperation of the project partners is the key to success, and we would like to express our sincere thanks to them: Stadtwerke Norderstedt, Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH, PSI GridConnect GmbH, PSI FLS Fuzzy Logik & Neuro Systeme GmbH, FTZ Digitale Wirtschaftsprozesse of Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW Hamburg), Institut SOFTEC of the Universität Duisburg-Essen and the chair for automation technology of the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg.
