The Examination Board (PA) is, on the one hand, a body that conducts examinations and, on the other hand, a body that is temporarily or permanently appointed by a higher-level body to carry out actions and review processes or circumstances.
The PA decides on admission to the intermediate examination and the final examination, as well as on the recognition of academic achievements. If the examination regulations only vaguely prescribe what is permissible or impermissible, the PA must make a decision on a case-by-case basis. If the examination regulations are clearly to the detriment of the applicant, the PA must nevertheless make a reasoned decision on a case-by-case basis, which may also be in favor of the applicant.
The PA also decides on applications for disadvantage compensation. If you have to contend with limitations and special challenges in your life or during exams, the PA decides whether and what disadvantage compensation you are entitled to.
The FSR has one voting representative and one deputy representative on this committee.
If you have any questions, please contact the current PA representatives.
