Liebe Studierende, wir möchten auf die Veranstaltung flyyourideas hinweisen: What is Fly Your Ideas? Fly Your Ideas is an exciting challenge and competition for university students around the globe. We’re asking them to tackle genuine aerospace challenges today by proposing their unique solutions using their latest academic knowledge. Airbus will set three key challenges, where teams will then choose one to answer as part of their submission. The top two teams will be invited to visit Paris Air Show 2025, where the winners will be decided, and awarded a fast track interview for AGGP 2026. History Fly Your Ideas has been a competition running since 2009. Due to the pandemic 2019 was the last competition so In 2024 we brought it back to Europe. Prof. Kleine Jäger has rendered outstanding contributions to the development of solids process engineering in the chemical industry, its scientific foundations and its successful implementation in industrial practice. His very close cooperation with the School of Process Engineering  of the TUHH deserves special mention. Since summer semester 2018 he is holding the lecture "Feststoffverfahrenstechnik in der chemischen Industrie". Prof. Kleine Jäger is also member of the advisory board of the Collaborative Research Centre 1615 "Smart Reactors", which has been originally developed by the School of Process Engineering. He is also one of the speakers at the annual Professional Course Fluidization Technology, which takes place for the 17th time in November 2025 at TUHH, organized by Prof. Stefan Heinrich." Prof. Kleine Jäger has also shown outstanding personal and financial commitment in supporting research work at TUHH. In particular, since 2013, he has cooperated with Prof. Heinrich's institute SPE in numerous industrial projects to finance doctoral students and supported them on topics such as the development of a continuous spouted bed technology, fluidised bed granulation, spray drying of individual droplets, zeolite production and the development of a dynamic flowsheet simulation system named Dyssol. Das Institut für Nachrichtentechnik trauert um seinen langjährigen Leiter Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr.-Ing. E.h. Norbert Joachim Fliege. Er verstarb am 2. Februar 2025 im Alter von 81 Jahren. Fliege war einer der Gründer des Instituts für Nachrichtentechnik (damals noch Arbeitsbereich für Nachrichtentechnik).

We use PBL (Problem Based Learning) exercises to nurture students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The fundamentals are covered in the Communication Networks lecture and classical PBL exercises.

The guest from Saarbrücken gave an inspiring talk on „Electrochemical ion management: From sub-nanometer processes to desalination devices – Can ion management be used to make desalination plants SMART?“ at the CRC seminar.

Am 18. Februar 2025 um 14:30 Uhr findet der hochschulöffentliche Vortrag zur Bachelorarbeit von Lara Tieves statt. Der Titel der Arbeitet lautet „Automatisierte Großsignal-Stabilitätsuntersuchungen netzbildender und netzfolgender Umrichter unter Berücksichtigung von Strombegrenzungen“. Der Vortrag findet statt in der Harburger Schloßstraße 22a (Palmenspeicher) in Raum 4.006.
