Fact sheet: Upload TUHH

Description

Upload TUHH is the file transfer service of TU Hamburg for sending large files on a one-off basis. The service generates a secret download link that is sent to the recipient via email. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days or 1 hour after download, whichever comes first.

Use in teaching

• Share large amounts of data (externally) With Upload TUHH, you can easily send large files – e.g. lecture recordings, data sets or project materials – to individual recipients inside and outside the TUHH without being subject to the size restrictions of the email server.

Technical requirements

Upload TUHH is web-based and works with any standard browser – no installation is required. To upload a file, you need the recipient's email address. If you want to send a file to someone outside the TUHH, NIT, HCU or HfMT, enter your own email address and then forward the download link you receive.
