About us

Since 2012, the Centre for Teaching and Learning has been supporting academic staff at TU Hamburg in developing and implementing contemporary teaching practices. What began as a third-party funded project has since evolved into a centre firmly embedded within the university’s organisational structures. The Centre works on a research-informed basis and in close collaboration with the individuals, departments, and institutions involved in teaching and the organisation of teaching.

As a team, we bring together a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds – including the natural and engineering sciences, sociology, media studies, and psychology – alongside many years of advisory experience at TUHH. Together with you, we aim to further develop teaching and teaching structures in practice.
