Statutes

The statutes form the legal foundation of our foundation. They define our mission, how our governing bodies work together, and how funds may be used.

The purpose of the foundation is to support science, research, and teaching at TU Hamburg. For example by funding innovative research projects, awarding scholarships, promoting young engineering talent, or fostering exchange with partners from industry and society.

In this way, the statutes create transparency and reliability while providing the framework within which the commitment of our donors can unfold its full impact.
