First publication in the Journal Composites Part

Our colleague, Doran Nettig, M.Sc. is very happy to share his first publication in the Journal Composites Part A with you. In "Double-sided incremental forming of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastics" we established a promising baseline for this novel dieless manufacturing process.
If you are interested in flexible manufacturing processes, especially for composite materials, have a look at the open-access paper here: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compositesa.2026.110096
He also took the oportunity to look back at their progress so far and found a video of one of their first (still quite wrinkled) test cones, which they originally showed at last years ESAFORM conference irc. The video is still a very good illustration of the general process. It also serves to show the leap in quality that they were able to achieve since then. He now uploaded the video to our youtube channel. You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7V0EqusS6-U
Thanks to our reviewers and editors for the invaluable feedback and overall great publication process! And of course great thanks to my co-authors Jan-Erik Rath, Ove Tiedemann and Thorsten SchΓΌppstuhl
