Two weeks ago, IFPT hosted the closing event of the collaborative

collaborative project MEMS-Boro, funded by the #Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) ) under the Aviation Research Program.
🔬 Together with our partners, we developed a visual AI-based damage detection solution and a novel measurement borescope based on a MEMS scanner for the precise assessment of damage.
Within the project, IFPT devised an approach to substitute real-world training data with synthetic data generated through image synthesis methods.
