Eftychia is an experienced Program Manager with over 20 years of expertise in financial management, research administration, and complex program coordination across Canada and Europe. She has led budgeting, compliance, forecasting, and reporting for large international research programs, including the NOAA-funded CIROH initiative at the University of Calgary and the $9M Core Modelling Program at the University of Saskatchewan.

Her earlier career includes 16 years in leadership roles within the National Bank of Greece, strengthening her skills in operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Eftychia holds Master’s degrees in Environmental Policy & Management and in Banking & Finance, as well as a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science. She is fluent in English and Greek, with advanced German and Italian proficiency.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her twins, being in nature, traveling, and practicing HIIT training.
