I hold a PhD in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Insubria, Italy, where my research focused on detector systems for biomedical applications.

My professional experience includes over five years in research administration and knowledge transfer, supporting third-party funded projects, intellectual property management and collaborations between academia and industry. I worked as a project and knowledge transfer manager, coordinating technology transfer activities and supporting different projects, in particular multi-million-euro projects funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research under the PNRR – Next Generation EU programme.

My professional interests centre on effective research coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the transfer of research results into societal impact.
