Teaching

Teaching at the Institute of Maritime Logistics aims at providing the students with a comprehensive understanding of maritime logistics, related business processes and technical systems and to qualify and support them in developing innovative logistics solutions. In order to achieve these goals, we rely on various means of teaching like lectures, seminar, workshops and presentations, offered by both professors and practitioners. We strive to provide academically-challenging and industry-relevant courses which equip our students with the knowledge and skills required to pursue a successful career in industry as well as research.

Our lectures are based on both new research findings as well as practical application concepts in the fields of logistics, seaborne transport and cargo handling.
