We are delighted to invite submissions of short abstracts for the upcoming European-Japanese Symposium on Composite Materials. This conference presents a unique platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share their latest findings and insights in the field of composite materials.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Language: The abstract must be written in English, preferably in American English (AE).

2. Abstract Content: Your abstract should provide a concise summary of the research work or case study you wish to present. It should clearly outline the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of your work.

3. Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (typically 250-300 words).

4. Formatting: Please format your abstract according to the provided template available in the download section below.

5. Author Information: Include the names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors. Indicate the presenting author(s).

6. Keywords: Provide up to 5 keywords that closely reflect the content of your abstract.

7. Originality: All submissions must be original work. The abstract should not have been published or presented at any other conference or journal.

8. Presentation Type: Please clarify the type of presentation:

• Conference talk: ~20 min (15 talk + 5 min discussion)
• Poster (DIN A0, 84,1 x 118,9 cm, Vertical)

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission (1-2 working days).
