IWWG Monograph series

IWWG, in keeping with its institutional aims (dissemination of experiences and new ideas, promotion of discussion on strategic matters, etc.), has opted to establish a series of reference books focusing on the aspects of particular interest in the field of waste management and technology.

Contributions for the realisation of these books originate both from papers presented during events organised or promoted by IWWG and from original purpose-written presentations. The overall intent is to make this wealth of information promptly available to the waste management community in a concise and organised fashion.

The editors of the monographic volumes are international experts, generally members of the IWWG Scientific Advisory Panel. Editors perform the task of selecting and organizing papers, homogenizing the texts and making constructive suggestions when the original manuscript undergoes significant changes. In order to ensure a widespread distribution of the books the cover price has been kept as low as possible.
