πŸš€ IFPT @ JEC World 2026 – Presenting Robotic Dieless Composite Manufacturing

We’re bringing the next step in flexible composite production to JEC World 2026 – together with our partners @CompriseTec and @INVENT.
Our Robotic Dieless Composite Manufacturing approach is the result of multiple joint research projects. The goal: a robot-based, tool-free, and truly flexible production process for tailored fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (FRTP) components.
The process combines multiple novel FRTP production technologies:
– Double-Sided Incremental Forming (DSIF) of continuous fiber reinforced organosheets,
– Conformal non-planar additive manufacturing
– Load oriented multi-axis continuous fiber printing.
This process represents a synthesis of production technology advancements into a scalable manufacturing concept β€” enabling flexible, die-less forming of complex geometries without the constraints of conventional tooling.
At @JEC World 2026, we demonstrate this unique process combination using a satellite dish mock-up.
We are happy to showcase our innovation at
