Research Groups

Research at the ieet is organized into four research groups that jointly address the transformation of electrical energy systems – ranging from planning and operation to system stability and onboard energy systems in maritime and aviation applications.

Integrated Energy Systems: Dynamics, Control and Stability

Onboard Energy Systems

Onboard energy systems combine power supply and propulsion technologies into complex systems for ships and aircraft. This involves developing efficient and reliable solutions that integrate different energy sources and emerging technologies.
