The registration fee covers

• Access to all conference sessions
• Conference materials included bag with printed conference brochure and online access to the book of abstracts
• Lunch, snacks and refreshments on both conference days
• Conference dinner on Thursday evening 
• WiFi access at the conference location

Presenting authors must register until July 15, 2026 to be included in the conference program.

• Notice of cancellation must be sent via email to hicl@tuhh.de.
• For cancellations received before July 31, a full refund less an administration charge of 50 € will be granted. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
• No‐shows will not receive a refund.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
