Registration

The registration for HICL 2026 is administered via doo.net. Please follow this link to register for the conference:

Registration for the 18th Hamburg International Conference of Logistics (HICL 2026) is conducted online via the conference management system. Participants are kindly asked to complete their registration through the provided registration link on this page.

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, and networking activities during the event. Participants will also receive conference materials and have the opportunity to take part in the accompanying program, including social and networking events.

Further details on registration categories, conference fees, and payment procedures are available in the registration system. We encourage participants to register early to secure their place at the conference.

The registration fee covers

Access to all conference sessions
Conference materials included bag with printed conference brochure and online access to the book of abstracts
Lunch, snacks and refreshments on both conference days
Conference dinner on Thursday evening
WiFi access at the conference location

Registration of presenting authors

Presenting authors must register until July 15, 2026 to be included in the conference program.

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation must be sent via email to hicl@tuhh.de.
For cancellations received before July 31, a full refund less an administration charge of 50 € will be granted. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
No‐shows will not receive a refund.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
