All authors seeking to present their work at HICL 2026, are invited to submit an abstract of 300 to 500 words.

Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Length is limited to 500 words.
  • Please assign your abstract to one of the above tracks.

Participation Options

In addition to the abstract submission, authors have the option to submit a full paper after their contribution has been accepted for presentation at the conference. Submission of a full paper is optional and not required for participation.

Authors may therefore choose between the following two participation options:

Option 1 – Abstract + Conference Presentation
Authors submit an abstract which, upon acceptance, leads to a presentation at the conference.

Option 2 – Abstract + Conference Presentation + Full Paper
In addition to the accepted abstract and conference presentation, authors may submit a full paper. Accepted full papers will be published in the official HICL 2026 conference proceedings, which will appear as an online book with ISBN. Each paper will receive an individual DOI to ensure long-term accessibility and citability.

Full-Paper Submission

The full paper submission will also be handled via ConfTool and will be available after the abstract has been successfully reviewed.
