I graduated with my BSc in Civil Engineering from the Sadjad University of Technology followed by working in a structural company as a researcher/ designer for several years. I started my master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Padua in 2019 and I was the holder of the International Excellence Scholarship for two years. My BSc and MSc studies involved topics on structure modelling and designing, groundwater treatment, life cycle assessment, resilience and sustainable planning, strategic planning as well as remote sensing.

In 2022, I did my dissertation at Hamburg University of Technology under an Erasmus Program, focusing on the effect of microplastics on soil evaporation process through laboratory experiments, microscopic imaging analysis and developing a MATLAB code.

I started my PhD study at the institute of Geo-Hydroinformatics at Hamburg University of Technology In 2023. My research focuses on the saline water evaporation from soil which is important in many engineering, environmental and hydrological processes.
