Biography

Riccardo Lombardi joined the Institute for Digital Economics in November 2026. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics and a Master's degree in Economics, both from the University of Amsterdam. His Master's thesis investigated the effects of artificial intelligence on bidding behaviour in common-value auctions. His research interests include behavioural and experimental economics, game theory, and the role of artificial intelligence in economic decision-making..
