Major Milestone Reached - First Field Tests of a New Hydrogen Sensor in CRC Projects A03 and C03

Researchers from CRC projects A03 (TUHH) and C03 (University of Hamburg) have successfully completed the first field tests of a newly developed hydrogen sensor, delivering promising insights into hydrogen dissolved in the liquid phase.

Researchers from CRC projects A03 and C03 have reached a significant milestone with the successful first field tests of a newly developed hydrogen sensor. Niclas Alkazaz and Patrick Huber from project A03 at Hamburg University of Technology carried out the tests in close collaboration with Jan Krueger and Jakob Albert from project C03 at the University of Hamburg.

The measurements delivered highly promising insights into hydrogen dissolved in the liquid phase, providing a deeper understanding of hydrogen solvation under real world conditions. This successful cross project collaboration between A03 and C03 marks an important step forward in the CRC's joint research efforts toward the development of SMART Reactors.
