We were delighted to welcome Professor Dr. Detlef Lohse from the University of Twente (The Netherlands) to our CRC at the TUHH. In his lecture, the leading expert in fluid dynamics and turbulence and Chair of Physics of Fluids at the University of Twente explored several critical multiphase flow phenomena, with a special focus on applications relevant to SMART reactors.
We sincerely thank Professor Lohse for his visit and the inspiring discussions. It was a wonderful opportunity for all CRC researchers to learn from one of the foremost scientists in the field of fluid dynamics.
