Description
In this lecture the contents of the project management are explains. The technical contents are accompanied by a continuous exercise to deepen the methods and to promote independent work. The students learn the important contents of the different phases of a project.
This course is part of the module "Project Management and Cost Accounting" under the direction of the Institute for Controlling and Simulation, responsible for the module is Prof. Dr. habil. Matthias Meyer.
