Model of labour productivity
The labour productivity model links labour productivity with its influencing factors. This provides a comprehensive overview of the causes of poor productivity and identifies areas for improvement.
Individual ergonomic analysis
With the help of sensor-based analyses of movement sequences, ergonomics can be assessed in a low-effort, data-based and employee-specific manner.

Productivity Management

High productivity is the basis of social prosperity and ensures the competitiveness of companies.

Research at the institute focuses on the basic modelling of productivity in order to describe the various interdependencies and enable links to be made with neighbouring areas of production management, such as production planning and control. In application-orientated research, we use modern technologies to support companies in productivity management. Examples include the web-based productivity analysis Check-IT or the sensor-based analysis of motion sequences.

In addition to comprehensive productivity analyses, we offer industry training in lean production and productivity management.
