ContinuING@TUHH is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research within the framework of the federal-state competition "Advancement through education: open universities". The "ContinuING@TUHH" project offers employees of companies of all sizes the opportunity to work on projects and problems from their own company together with the university and at the same time use this for further individual training. This form of cooperation is intended on the one hand to support the personnel development of companies and on the other hand to intensify the transfer of knowledge and technology between industry and university.

The Institute of Multiphase Flows offers individual education for companies within the framework of Continuing@TUHH. At the institute, insights into the mixing behaviour and mass transfer of gassed reactors can be gained. During the workshops, theoretical knowledge is supplemented and extended by lectures and deepened by practical exercises in the laboratory or on a pilot plant scale.
