Two exciting days at MRO Monday 2026 hosted by the DLR Institute of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul at the ZAL Center of Applied Aeronautical Research are behind us. Martin Gomse and Jessica Ehrbar represented the Institute of Aircraft Production Technology on site and had many interesting and inspiring conversations with both familiar and new contacts. 🤝

Exciting presentations from industry and research provided insights into current developments in smart maintenance as well as other topics in aviation. The expo complemented the programme and created an innovative space for networking through practical and interactive demonstrations of current research results. 💡
