MPI Image Reconstruction

At the Institute of Biomedical Imaging we focus on image reconstruction for the emerging imaging technique Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). Our main approach is the system matrix based reconstruction approach, which formulates the imaging as a regularized least squares problem. Our goal is to use novel regularization approaches and state-of-the-art reconstruction methods to reduce image artifacts and to speed up the reconstruction process in order to move MPI towards clinical routine.
