Torsten Bettendorf, Research Engineer at the Institute of Wastewater management and Water Protection (AWW) follows the invitation to visit the University of Neaples, Dipartimento di Ingegneria Idraulica, Geotecnica ed Ambientale from June 6th to June 10th 2012. Within a student seminar he will present his work on the BMBF-project Berbion and his research on new sanitation approaches and nutrient recovery from partial wastewater streams. Next to intensive scientific exchange his visits serves to continue the prosperous cooperation with the University of Neaples, allowing also in future that prospective graduates can write their final thesis at AWW.
