In a CRC seminar, Professor Chapman gave an impressive talk showing his work in the context of our CRC on "Collaborative Opportunitues for Molecular Thermodynamics in the CRC SMART Reactors". His talk sparked a lively discussion on the issues that appear in the development and modelling of SMART Reactors with respect to thermodynamics and the scaling from the molecular level simulations to lab sized processes.
All CRC reseachers thank Professor Chapman for the opportunity to discuss their research projects and to talk to an outstanding thermodynamic expert in a casual setting and look forward to future visits and collaborations!
