The SENSUS project is devided into following six subprojects:

  • Developement of an efficient method for considering stress constraints in static optimization under uncertainty
  • Continuous Adjoint-Based Shape Optimization for the Minimization of Blood Damage in Biomedical Applications
  • Efficient algorithms for PDE and VI constrained shape optimization problems under uncertainties
  • A partitioned solution approach for (the) adjoint shape optimization of artificial blood vessels
  • Optimization of flexible multi body systems under stress constraints
  • A shape optimization approach towards scalable algorithms allowing large deformations
