Abstract: Magnetic Particle Imaging is a highly sensitive tracer-based imaging modality. Multi-contrast imaging methods make it possible to distinguish different kind of nanoparticles, temperatures, viscosities and aggregate states. In this work, the separation and accumulation of two different tracers in a healthy mouse is visualized. This provides a proof of concept, how dynamic multi-contrast reconstruction could be used in combination with functionalized nanoparticles.
