This year's Creathon is themed "Building Inclusive Futures: Care, Community and Mobility" and focuses on creative approaches to societal challenges – from inclusive care systems and community building to sustainable mobility.

When: May 5th to 7th, 2026

Where: Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Spain

Who: UAB will select a total of 40 students from the ECIU network (outside of UAB) and 10 of its own students. The selection also takes into account the funding possibilities of the respective home universities.

Accommodation and meals will be organized by the UAB team, and a grant will be provided by the project to cover travel expenses.
Application & Selection:
The application deadline is February 1st. The selection process will be carried out by the Creathon Task Force. Once the selection is complete, the partners of the selected students will be contacted to confirm participation.
