Sustainable Innovation Management


The module Sustainable Innovation Management consists of two courses:
Managing Sustainable Innovations Lecture
Managing Sustainable Innovations Seminar

The "Sustainable Innovation Management" module is designed for students in the GTIME master's program, providing a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between innovation and sustainability. This module explores key concepts, strategies, and practices essential for managing sustainable innovation within organizations.
Throughout the module, students will engage in practical exercises, case studies, and collaborative projects to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. The goal is to equip students with the skills and insights needed to drive innovation while considering the long-term impact on the environment, society, and the economy.

The student will gather knowledge about the following topics: Recap Innovation, Intro Sustainability, Sustainability Strategies, Sustainable Innovations, Actors Involved in Sustainability, Sustainability within Organizations, Sustainable Business Models, Design for Sustainability, Sustainable Change Management and Leadership for Sustainability.

The module Sustainable Innovation Management (6 ECTS) includes this lecture and a seminar. All participants of the lecture will get enrolled to the seminar automatically.
