The 21st Life Science Student Conference brings together students and doctoral candidates from the life sciences—across universities and in exchange with research and industry.

Students from Hamburg's universities present their projects (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.), make contacts, and experience an exciting, inspiring day.

• Registration for passive participants: until April 1, 2026

This year's conference is being hosted by Helmut Schmidt University – University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg.

Student Conference on April 9, 2026, at HSU – Aula.

• Students with and without presentations are welcome
• Participation and catering are free of charge
• The best contributions will be awarded prizes of up to €500
• After the award ceremony, the evening will conclude with a barbecue and live music in a convivial atmosphere
