To gain firsthand experience, the new Minister of Research for the state of Schleswig-Holstein, Dr. Dorit Stenke, visited the REAKT INNOVATION COMMUNITY. Between Malente and Lütjenburg lies the disused but still-active railway line, which is ideally suited as a real-world laboratory for innovative experiments. At the meeting, project members presented the community and the current call for projects. For example, together with ZÖLLNER Signal GmbH, we presented the results of our project "AI-based vehicle recognition in rail systems", conducted at CAU Kiel and funded by EKSH.
