You can d i r e c t l y apply for your performance certificate according to §48 Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG) at the Studierendenwerk WITHOUT the signature of Mr. Prof. Rutner, in case you can prove that you have completed

70 credits after the third semester
90 credits after the fourth semester
110 credits after the fifth semester.

Please remember to submit your printed performance overview to the Studierendenwerk.

The credit scores have been decided per vote by the Dean’s meeting, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and reported to the Studierendenwerk.
