Joshua Ewers is a research fellow at the Institute of Management and Decision Sciences at the Hamburg University of Technology. Trained in psychology with a specialization in work and organizational psychology, his research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, innovation management, and quantitative methods.
His work focuses on understanding organizational decision-making and change processes through advanced quantitative methods. In particular, he is interested in combining and extending methodological approaches to investigate complex relationships between organizations, technology, and human behavior. His previous research has examined organizational change and organizational attractiveness using structural equation modeling, latent difference score modeling, and conjoint analysis.
